Brass: Heavy weight and sturdy.This is real Brass and will naturally tarnish/patina over time.  If you prefer a shiny finish, regularly cleaning your piece will keep it looking new.
4.5" Ball chain is made of industrial grade stainless steel. Stainless is eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, durable and doesn't tarnish.
